Zen Blockchain Foundation (the "Foundation") is a US non-profit corporation registered in the State of Delaware. As such it is subject to, and complies with, all US laws, regulations, and court orders ("US Laws and Regulations").

It is the judgment of the Foundation that remaining in compliance with US Laws and Regulations requires the Foundation to take certain technical measures to prevent entities or persons within certain jurisdictions, including Iran, North Korea and Syria (the "Impacted Jurisdictions") from readily accessing the Foundation software and services.
