What Are The File Locations For Sphere?

File Locations

The Sphere application resides in the following locations:

macOS

/Applications/Sphere by Horizen.app

Linux

/opt/Sphere by Horizen/spherebyhorizen

Windows 10

%LOCALAPPDATA%/Programs/spherebyhorizen/

Sphere relies on various support files other than the actual application. Those files are stored in the following directories:


sphereDatadir
location for wallet.dat and blockchain
Sphere by Horizen
location for preferences and logs (SphereByHorizen for logs on Windows)
horizen
location for zend application files and encrypted .awd wallet files

Below are the locations for these directories. Some, such as spheredatadir and horizen may be in hidden directories.
