sudo systemctl stop zend && sleep 10 && zend -rescan
然后检查当前状态：
watch zen-cli getinfo
当显示正常信息（如块数和其他信息）时，按control + c（Mac上的命令+ c）
然后:
zen-cli stop && sleep 10 && sudo systemctl start zend
