Mining Rewards


  • The reward for finding a block is 126.5 25 ZEN (Subject to Halving)
  • 7.5 ZEN + Fees to Miners
  • 2.5 ZEN to the Treasury
  • 1.25 ZEN to Secure Node Operators
  • 1.25 ZEN to Super Node Operators
  • New blocks are generated every 2.5 minutes
At the discovery of block #840,000 the emission rate of ZEN will change this allocation of mining rewards, thus:
  • 3.75 ZEN + Fees to Miners
  • 1.25 ZEN to the Treasury
  • 0.625 ZEN to Secure Node Operators
