Sphere 5.11 - How can I verify that my Backup Phrase is correct?

Verify Your Backup Phrase

Are you confident that you have your Account Name and Password recorded? If so, now is the time to test that you have accurately recorded your "Backup Phrase."  You can prove this by creating a new wallet called "Verify"

1. "Add Wallet" → "Restore Existing", see Figure 1.

2. Name the new wallet "Verify", see Figure 2.

3. See Warning from Sphere, see Figure 3.

If and only if your receive this Warning, is your Backup Phrase verified. This means that:

• You have accurately recorded your Backup Phrase

• You have demonstrated that you can enter the Backup Phrase in the required format

• All words entered without typographic error

• Each word separated by a single space character

• No trailing character, such as a space or a Line Feed
