There is no provision for deleting a dead node from the tracking website
Old IP addresses cannot be used with a new nodeid
If you are rebuilding a node, and wish to retain the old IP, you must use the original wallet.dat file and use the same stake address. When creating the nodeid file in the config folder, you have to add the original nodeid (not required in nodetracker 0.3.0+)旧的非活动（死）节点将花费30天时间，直到跟踪系统删除其注册数据为止。
